Find anything

Search every tab

Type to search the titles and addresses of every tab in every window. The best match is highlighted; Enter takes you there.

Notes, projects and saved tabs too

The same search finds your notes, projects, sessions, saved groups, parked tabs and recently closed tabs.

History and bookmarks (optional)

Allow it once and your Chrome history and bookmarks join the results.

Open it your way

Alt T (⌥ T on Mac), the toolbar icon, tn in the address bar, or a global shortcut that works from any app. As a popup, in the side panel or in its own window.

Act without the mouse

Close, move, pin, group, park or save tabs from the keyboard. Ctrl K shows every action.

Never lose a tab

Rewind

A history of your open windows, kept on your computer. Restore any moment, or search for a page you had open.

Crash and restart recovery

After Chrome restarts, Tab Nemo offers to bring back the tabs that went missing.

Sessions

Save a window as a session and reopen it whenever you want.

Saved groups

Keep Chrome tab groups you want to come back to.

Park tabs

Put tabs away to clear space and bring them back with one click.

Automatic backups

Daily snapshots inside the extension, plus an optional backup folder on your computer.

Tabs that tidy themselves

Auto-grouping

Rules put tabs into Chrome tab groups by site, keyword or project, with the colours you choose.

Auto-sleep

Tabs you haven’t looked at for a while go to sleep and free memory. Pinned tabs and tabs playing sound can stay awake.

Auto-park (optional)

Tabs you haven’t opened in a week are put away, saved and one click from coming back.

Forgotten tabs

Home points out tabs you haven’t looked at in a long time, so you can clear them in one go.

Tab counter

An optional tab count on the toolbar icon.

Focus and projects

Focus mode

Block distracting sites for a 25, 50 or 90-minute session, on a weekly schedule, or always.

Blocklists and categories

Block single sites, whole categories, or named lists you switch on together.

Projects

Give each piece of work its own window, with its tabs, tasks, notes and time tracked. Reopen it exactly as you left it.

Side panel

Keep your project, its tasks and notes open beside the page you’re working on.

Your week

Tabs opened, closed, put to sleep and parked, compared with last week. Counted on your computer only.

Notes and reminders

Notes on any page

Right-click any page to add a note. Search all your notes from the same box as your tabs.

Notes that come back

Choose to see a note again the next time you visit that page or site.

Reminders

“Tomorrow morning”, “next Monday”, or any time you pick, with daily, weekly or monthly repeats.

For developers

Ticket workspaces

Tab Nemo spots ticket and pull request numbers (Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Linear, YouTrack) and gathers their tabs into one workspace.

GitHub app (optional)

Reviews waiting on you, checks on your pull requests and issues assigned to you, using a read-only token you create.

Made for you

Light and dark

Follows your system or stays the way you like it, with your choice of accent colour.

13 languages

English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Indonesian, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese.

Custom shortcuts

Assign keys to the actions you use most.
